CES FY24 School-Parent Compact Parent/Family Feedback 

Please fill out one survey for each student you have at Cohutta in grades K-5. It is only 3 questions long, and the only information we need is your name, your child's grade, and how you can help your child be successful in whatever grade your child is in.  Thank you for completing the survey; we strive to get as much parent/ family feedback as possible.  

Example: Parent Name, 5th grade,  Parents can help their child be successful in fifth grade by checking their folders, making sure they are turning in work, working on math facts at home, and reading together.
